Do you want to find a brushless motor? Are you currently having to worry the quality from the motor? Today, it is possible to safely depend on Tenshock SC411 brushless motors.
The brushless is an electric motor powered by direct current, abbreviated as DC. Though mor expensive than the standard electric or brushed motor, it has considerable advantages over its predecessor. Most notably, the brushless motor boasts better performance and suffers less wear than brushed motors of similar size. Apart from industrial applications, home electronics and computers use brushless motors, as well as electric and hybrid vehicles. The Tenshock SC411 brushless motors are also extremely popular among remote control racing enthusiasts.
The major advantage of the brushless motor is that, due to the fact that the rotor carries only the permanents, it needs of NO power at all. No connection needs to be done with the rotor, thus, no brush-commutator pair needs to be made. This is how the brushless motor great increment in reliability, as the brushless wear off very fast. Moreover, brushless motors are more silent and more efficient in terms of power consumption.
As we all know that, a real brushless motor has 4 coils. I explained above the operation principle of a brushless motor with 2 coils and 3 permanent magnets. Yet, in real life, Tenshock have usually 4 coils and 4 magnets. Also, the Tenshock SC411 brushless motor is able not only to see if a magnetic fields is in front of it, but also to distinguish if this is the North or the South pole. This is how a real brushless looks like: around the perimeter of the rotor, there are 4 magnets in N-S-N-S patten. Also, there are 4 coils. The windings of the coils are not all of the same direction. 2 neighbor coils can never have the same magnetic polarity. The coils are connected in pairs, either each one with it’s opposite coils, or there in two pairs or neighbor coils like shown on the above drawing.
